Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note:

BackordersÂ
Backordered items will usually be shipped after the specified restock date.
Once the item arrives in our store, it will be shipped to you and should reach you within an estimated 2–5 working days.
If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship them together once all items are available — unless you request separate shipments.
Please note that separate shipments will incur an additional shipping fee.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will usually update within 2–24 hours after dispatch.
Local PickupÂ
We do not offer self-collection at the moment.
All orders will be shipped directly to your provided delivery address.

Damages or lost packages
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately at adelola.inquiry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be liable to pay an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
