Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package, with a flat rate of $5 deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you may choose to return the item yourself using your own courier service.
Once your return request is approved, please ensure the package reaches us within 3 days from the date of approval.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible), and once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note that only the item(s) value will be refunded. Original delivery charges are non-refundable as the service has already been fulfilled.
